REPIC’s B2B WEEE service deals with its scheme members non-household (B2B) WEEE obligations under the WEEE Regulations 2006.
If you have non-household WEEE for disposal that you consider a REPIC compliance scheme member has responsibility for please contact the REPIC help-line on the number provided below. Before you do this, please ensure you have the following details to hand:
(1) Check with the Environment Agency website that the product or products in question relate to a REPIC compliance scheme member i.e. that it or they are products of a REPIC compliance scheme member that were sold on or after 13th August 2005 or it or they were products that were purchased before 13th August 2005 and a REPIC compliance scheme member is replacing it with a new product. Does the product contain a wheeled bin symbol?
If No, is a REPIC scheme member replacing this?
Please confirm that the WEEE is intact and a whole product
Please confirm that the WEEE has been de-installed and is free from contamination by other materials
